KUKMP Dept. Targeted 40 Thousand New Entrepreneurs

Jakarta Small Medium Enterprises Cooperation and Trade Dept. is allocated Rp 81 billion for One Kecamatan One Centre of Entrepreneurship (OK OCE) program next year.

Jakarta KUKMP Dept. Head, Irwandi said, through OK OCE program, his side targets to create 40 thousand new entrepreneurs in Jakarta.

"We prepare budget Rp 81 billion next year for OK OCE Pprogram," he said at City Council Building, Wednesday (11/8).

KUKMP Dept. Asked to Ensure OK OCE Program Synergy

He explained, budget will be used for training activities, facilities and infrastructure constructions, tools purchasing, and other activities. Training consists of sewing, welding, barbershop, and other industries.

According to him, other SKPDs, such as Industry and Energy (PE) Dept., Manpower and Transmigration (Nakertrans) Dept., Education Dept. and Social Dept.

"SKPDs have not informed the target in detail. But it is important to have synergy between SKPDs," he explained.

He side is optimistic to reach target in creating 40 thousand new entrepreneurs and coaching will be held three times a year.

"Target is quite high. But we are optimistic since the output is more important," he closed.
